Jesus loves them...

... and so do we!  This post is from one of our good friends who took this video when Madelyn was hanging out with her two youngest daughters.  It cracks me up every time!

Snow, Snow, Snow!

In the last few weeks, all of the snowstorms we've experienced have started to blend together.  Here are a few photos along the way to give you an idea of how the snow has grown!

Snow #2

Last Monday night through Wednesday morning we welcomed Winter Storm Juno to town.  This full-blown blizzard dropped two feet of snow on us before heading out to sea.  I took most of these pictures in the morning hours on Tuesday, so they don't show the full amount of snow we received. However, they give you an idea of how we spent our snow day (even Tyler got to stay home!).

Our friends from up the street walked down to visit!
I like this shot because you can barely see our little

Second pass around 11:00 a.m., this time with our friend's snowblower
I ran to the front window to get this shot. This woman was moving, and uphill at that!

Snow #1

As you may have heard, winter finally arrived in New England, and we've received what will probably be a record-breaking amount of snow in the past ten days.  The first decent accumulation came on Saturday, January 24 (a measly six inches or so).  Madelyn and Tyler had a great time getting out and enjoying the blanket of white, and Clara enjoyed experiencing the storm from the warmth of our house.
