Winter Getaway 2012
Last weekend our church took its annual getaway to New Hampshire. In previous years, we have headed north to enjoy the colorful foliage and crisp air of autumn. However, this year we decided to play in the winter wonderland at Lake Winnipesaukee. Despite the mild weather we have experienced in recent months, there was still a blanket of snow on the ground, and the lake was frozen over. During the course of the weekend, we had sessions of great teaching, singing, and discussion, as well as times for enjoying friends' company through indoor games and outdoor activities.
